Unless you live in a completely sterile and sealed environment then whenever your computer is turned on it will be attracting dust. The fans which cool down the hot components inside the case draw air - and dust - into the computer and whilst some of it is blown straight out again, a lot of it accumulates inside. Over time this can build up into a thick layer which can make the fans noisy and prevent components from cooling down properly, leading to overheating and, ultimately, failure. An added complication is that normal vacuum cleaners create static electricity which can completely destroy computer components.

At B3 IT Home Services we offer a complete computer cleaning service. We will take your computer apart, clean each part thoroughly and put it all back together again. We use anti-static vacuum cleaners and specialised cleaning fluids which are designed to be safe for use on electronic equipment.
